Together with the artistic director Daniel Linehan, you develop the policy and the (artistic) planning, and are responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation. You are a networker and make connections between artistic and cross-sector partners, the cultural field and the public. In this way, you help strengthen the national and international reputation of Hiatus.
Company manager – 60%
Focus: strategy, overview, connect and control
As company manager, you ensure optimal day-to-day operation of the organisation. Together with Daniel Linehan, you develop and implement a coherent policy and strategy around the artistic productions and projects. You maintain and monitor the overview and planning. You establish contacts with artistic and cross-sector partners, the cultural field and the public. You help strengthen the national and international reputation of the company.
Expansion of administrative tasks – maximum 40%
Focus: administration, executive tasks, follow-up
We offer the possibility of expanding the work rate by including additional executive, administrative tasks. This is a package that can be (partly) taken up by the company manager and/or re-tasked internally and externally.
